Respect & Accountability I’m Afro-Latina, and while I was speaking to the staff in Spanish, I experienced an interaction that felt deeply disrespectful and racially discriminatory. I simply asked if they could lightly wash my car, and the response was extremely rude and dismissive. The way I was looked at and treated made me feel as though my business was not valued. Unfortunately, this is not the first time I’ve experienced anti-Blackness within the Latino community. As an Afro-Latina, I’ve witnessed firsthand the difference in how some businesses treat Black customers compared with white customers, and this experience was particularly disappointing. What makes it even more frustrating is that Afro-Latinos and African Americans have often stood alongside the Latino community and supported our communities when we see discrimination directed toward Latinos. That support should go both ways. We should not have to feel unwelcome or treated as though our money, presence, or business matters less because we are Black. Reviewed 06/12- Just left 5 mins ago, they Damaged my interior trunk release lever. Literally was working right before cleaning broken right after cleaning. Didn’t even bother going back to let them know because I know they will deny it. BEWARE. And the wash wasn’t worth 90 dollars, they rushed the job, I got better results at Milton location paying $65. Reviewed on 6/13- Came back after I was advised to by Christian via phone. He claimed that there area was never serviced or cleaned. Despite me saying I opened the trunk directly before the cleaning inside started. Christian claimed the lever line isn’t broken just knocked out of place. I tried to explain to him one of his ppl knocked it out of place the trunk functioned perfectly before car was cleaned. He claimed the part wasn’t cleaned so his boys did not do it. The part wasn’t wiped which is an example of their sloppy work, but additionally the cover looked to have been readjusted when I got the car back. Christian was defensive and in denial that it could’ve been knocked by one of his cleaning crew. I offered to just take half for the cleaning because it was a bad job anyways or at least the $45 part if need. Christian co

(reply) first of all the owner arrived aggressive before I could even speak because I was there to talk about the scratches they did to my car. I was not aggressive or demanding. YOU demanded that I pay you $100 to show me what you did to my car because it would be “wasting your time” so unprofessional. I attempted to seek a resolution because my car did not have scratches before i came to this car wash. of course the owner wants to save face, victim blame, and act like he did nothing wrong to make himself look good. It’s PEOPLE LIKE YOU that make people untrustworthy to leave their possessions in your hands. you think people want to “extort money from you” I don’t care about that. the PRINCIPLE is the fact that you people scratched my car and took zero responsibility then tried to show rubbish video angles. and you absolutely do not have to worry about me returning I have no intentions whatsoever to come back to a shady business like this. I already filed my report.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Luxury Hand Car Wash did an outstanding job on my truck. The team was professional, detailed, and took their time to make sure everything looked perfect inside and out. You can tell they take pride in their work—the shine and finish speak for themselves. Highly recommend them if you want your vehicle looking its absolute best!

$100 to keep my car dirty, just less than before. I'm a dealer and came here cause I used to when I lived in the area. It was incredible, but I brought them this car today and it had a lot of dirtiness inside and out. Told them I wanted the $65 package, the manager said it needed the $85. I asked them to get paint off of the windshields, extra $20. I asked if he'd clean the carpet stains in the $85. He said yes. I tipped them cause it was a lot of work, yet somehow the car just wasn't done. The picture inside the car is the paint I'm referring to. Every other picture is immediately after leaving. What a joke.
